Annual Shareholder Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Comrod Communication ASA will be held on Thursday 29 April 2010 at 11.00 a.m. For the benefit of traveling shareholders, the meeting will be at Victoria Hotel, Skansegt. 1, 4006 Stavanger (Norway), and consequently outside the municiplaity where the company has its registered office. Registration will take place from 10.30 a.m.
