    (30 Apr 2010) The Annual Shareholder Meeting was held on April 29, 2010 at Victoria Hotel, 4006 Stavanger. Minutes from the meeting is enclosed in English and Norwegian.

  • Comrod AS receives order to the Middle East

    (16 Apr 2010) Comrod AS Norway, a fully owned subsidiary of Comrod Communication ASA has secured an international order for antenna products. The contract value is approximately NOK 25 million.

  • Annual Shareholder Meeting

    (15 Apr 2010) Notice is hereby given that the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Comrod Communication ASA will be held on Thursday 29 April 2010 at 11.00 a.m. For the benefit of traveling shareholders, the meeting will be at Victoria Hotel, Skansegt. 1, 4006 Stavanger (Norway), and consequently outside the municiplaity where the company has its registered office. Registration will take place from 10.30 a.m.

    (27 Nov 2009) Comrod has completed private placement of 2,608,696 new shares at a share price of NOK 11.50 per share and listing of the new shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange.

  • France receives major IDIQ spare parts contract for the French Army

    (26 Nov 2009) Comrod France SAS (former Lerc SAS) a fully owned subsidiary of Comrod Communication ASA has been awarded an IDIQ (Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) contract reaching a maximum of approximately NOK 150 million. The period of time for deliveries is 2009 - 2013.

    (29 Oct 2009) Habu Holding AS, et selskap eiet av Sturla Sand og Terje Nyman, har i dag kjøpt 2,938,858 aksjer i Comrod Communications ASA til kurs 11,50 per aksje.

    (29 Oct 2009) Flakk Holding AS har i dag solgt 2,745,734 aksjer i Comrod Communications ASA til kurs 11,50 per aksje. Etter salget har Flakk Holding AS ingen aksjer i selskapet.

  • Report for first half and second quarter of 2009

    (21 Aug 2009) In the first half of 2009, Comrod Communication Group maintains the strong performance from last year, and still holds the position as a leading player in global markets for advanced tactical antennas, masts and power supply. Before writing down the assets of Unmanned Systems AS, the operational performance and financial result is above last year level.
